Information we process

We process account information such as your email address, profile name, and profile photo; activity information such as selected states, Mental Reset feedback and history, saved items, focus sessions, tasks, workout records, and progress.

We also process basic technical information required to authenticate requests, keep the service secure, and diagnose failures.

How information is used

Your information is used to provide account access, personalize Mental Reset recommendations, synchronize your progress and saved items, and maintain service security.

AUREM does not sell your personal information.

Service providers

AUREM uses Supabase for authentication, database services, and image storage, and Cloudflare Stream to process and deliver managed video. Video delivery providers may receive network information such as an IP address and request metadata needed to transmit content securely. If you choose a social login, Apple or Google also processes the account identifier, name, email address, and authentication data needed to complete that login.

These providers process information only as needed to operate the described service, authenticate you, deliver media, link the login method you request, protect account security, or revoke provider authorization when you delete your account.

Retention and deletion

Account data is retained while your account remains active. You can permanently delete your account from Settings. The deletion process removes your sign-in account, profile, profile photo, activity and Mental Reset history, and saved-item relationships, except information that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

Your choices

You can update profile information, change reminder preferences, revoke photo-library or notification permission, remove saved items, or delete your account. For privacy questions, use the developer contact information shown on the app store listing.

Visiting this website

This website presents information about AUREM. Its pages, images and videos are delivered by Render. Hosting providers process network and request information, including IP addresses, to deliver content and operate the service. The website currently has no registration, payment or contact form.
